SwimHarbor is a SaaS platform for creating, managing, and recording swimming training sessions.
It enables coaches to quickly build practice menus, share them with teams and swimmers, and record training results—all within a single platform.
At the same time, SwimHarbor is designed for individual swimmers as well. Masters swimmers and fitness swimmers can create their own training plans, log workouts and times, and track personal bests over time. The platform is built to be useful whether you train alone or as part of a team.
The primary experience is provided through a web application, while a mobile app (currently in development) is designed to support poolside use.
SwimHarbor is currently available as a beta service, and development continues based on feedback from real coaches and swimmers.

Background
Swimming training menus are highly specialized. They combine distance, repetitions, intervals, strokes, intensity, and equipment into a unique training notation familiar to swimmers and coaches.
This complexity isn’t limited to competitive athletes. Masters swimmers and fitness swimmers also benefit from structured training and consistent progress tracking.
However, in many environments, practice menus and training records are still scattered across handwritten notes, spreadsheets, and chat messages, leading to several challenges:
Creating and formatting practice menus takes time.
Reusing past workouts is difficult.
Training history and recorded times are often lost.
Individual swimmers have limited ways to review their progress over time.
SwimHarbor aims to bring the entire workflow—from creating, to sharing, to recording—into one platform designed specifically for swimming.
Whether you’re managing a team or training by yourself, the experience is built around the same foundation.
